Our uncut, slab bacon is uncured with no added nitrates, except those that natural occur in celery salt. We inject our select pork bellies with a signature brine formula. Slice to desired thickness for the world’s best bacon, or cut into chunky pieces for delectable stews and soups!
Our uncured bacon was voted Best Bacon and People’s Choice consecutive years from 2012-2013 at Keystone, Colorado’s Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival. It was also voted best bacon in 2014 at the Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival in Des Moines, Iowa.
