Our Porterhouse Chop is a spectacular bone-in pork chop which includes both the main loin eye and the tenderloin. Mouth-watering to behold, the  Porterhouse Chop displays the fine marbling and bright crimson color that indicates its 100% Berkshire heritage. Each chop is cut to a wonderfully thick 1” to maximize the flavor and to create a beautiful presence on the plate.

As with as with all our pork chops, this is a natural product and may be some variation in size. We specify a minimum of 10 oz. for this unique chop.
