Ruchotzke Family

Owner: Gene Ruchotzke

Although the family farm has been in Gene’s family since 1963, he did not start farming until 1988. The farm is a second generation farm and consists of a total of 350 acres where Gene owns about 160 himself. Gene farms not only Hay, rye, beans, and corn, but he also farms cattle and Berkshire hogs. When Gene isn’t busy farming, he enjoys playing pool with friends and cruising around the country side. His favorite meaty meal is a whole hog. There is so much to enjoy.
